Biographical Sketch

Ruth N. Latshaw was born in Carlisle, Indiana in 1899. She earned an AB from DePauw in 1920 and a Master's degree in Library Science from University of Illinois in 1928.

She was a librarian for forty years -- most of that time spent at Princeton University Library. After retirement, she lived at Asbury Towers in Greencastle and served as volunteer librarian. She died in 1989.
