Collection Statement

The collection includes chapter meeting minutes and by-laws. Also included are application materials to become a “Rock” chapter. The non-restricted materials include photographs of the chapter homes and members over the years, newspaper clippings, articles from “The Delta” a publication of Sigma Nu National Fraternity and Alumni Directories.

Historical Sketch

Sigma Nu Fraternity was found on DePauw campus in 1890. The chapter remained in continuous operation until the early 1980s. However, the chapter was re-colonized in 1986 and now calls 500 Anderson St. home.
