Biographical / Historical
Albert Contreras (1933-June 17, 2017) was an artist and painter based in Santa Monica, California know for gestural and geometric abstraction. In 2006 he donated 24 small (12"x14" each) paintings to DePauw University. They are hung together as a single unit. They are located in the Peeler Art Center.
