Biographical Sketch
Cecil W. Goff was born February 21, 1894 near Frankfort, Ind. and died August 1, 1960. He served the Indiana Conference of the MP Church and the Indiana and Northwest Indiana conferences of the Methodist Church from 1936 until his retirement in 1959.
