The material in this document case is arranged alphabetically. It consists of letters from parents and letters from the Alumni Office to parents, newspaper clippings, and photographs of the men who had attended DePauw University and lost their lives during World War II. Folder 1 contains a list of each man's name and the year of his graduating class. The other folders may contain items about a particular man or might only have the man's name and class year.

Collection includes an autobiography, photograph albums of the Confucian Temple, the Imperial City, the Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace and Peking Street Scenes containing descriptions and comments by Miss Adams, a diary of her experiences as a prisoner of the Japanese Military and six textbooks written by Miss Adams for Biblical Knowledge courses, published by The Council on Christian Literature for Overseas Chinese.
