This collection includes Joint Archives Committee newsletters, agendas, meeting minutes, annual budgets, member lists and current and future projects to be undertaken by the Archives. It also contains the Statement of Understanding followed by the Indiana United Methodist Church and DePauw University concerning the joint archives. Copies of the DePauw University Board of Trustees meeting minutes that records the action of bringing the Archives into existence in 1951 is also included.
