Case of George B. Young, Located at Own Request, 1880

The collection consists of trial transcripts dating from 1859-1937. All of the cases, with the exception of one, are Methodist ministers vs. the Methodist Church. The exception is the trial of Mrs. Mary Fletcher Hester, who was married to a Methodist minister. If the outcome of the trial was discovered in the manuscripts themselves or in Indiana Conference Minutes, it is so noted. There are two document cases, folders one through twenty-two, of trial transcripts. The cases are arranged alphabetically by the defendant's last name.
