Biographical Sketch
Born in 1885 to William Walter Ward and Fleta Heiner. Fleta Stella Lulu Ward entered DePauw University in 1905. She was from Dayton, Washington. She married James C. Weatherford and had 2 children. She supported her husbands duties as a senator for the State of Washington and started the town library in Datyon, Washington. She passed away in 1964 in Columbia, Turner, Washington.
