Biographical Sketch
Mr. Starr was born in Bainbridge on November 17, 1879, the son of George W. and Jenne McDonald Starr. He graduated from DePauw University in 1901 and was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. Fred was also a retired professor at Tri-State College in Angola. He was also a former secretary, treasurer and trustee of the school. Mr. Starr was a life member of the York Rite of Honor, life member of the Scottish Rite, Masonic Chapter No. 22 and the Commandery.
