Historical Sketch
The Board of Control of Student Publications was formed in 1935. It consists of six students, six faculty members and the vice-president of Academic Affairs, insuring that no single faction may dominate the Board's decisions. While the committee provides procedure for resolving controversies, it does not conduct or approve of censorship.
