Historical Sketch

Delta Upsilon was established at DePauw University on April 2, 1887. In the fall of 1904, the fraternity rented its first chapter house at 320 S. Indiana St. By the 20's the chapter had outgrown this house and purchased the "Towers" from DePauw. The current building was completed February 1929. At one time the fraternity owned and used the building at 623 E. Seminary Street as an annex.
