Biographical Sketch
A.B. 1875; A.M. 1878; Born January 4, 1850 in Madison county, Indiana. Son of John R. and Margaret A. Rogers Boston. Teacher in Pendleton, Indiana 1875-77; entered North Indiana Conference 1877; appointments: Anderson Circuit, Spiceland, Louisville, Centerville, Pierceton, Market Street, Logansport; superannuated on account of failing health 1893. Brother of Charles Elliott Boston (1857-1935), class of 1876. Brother of James Grey Boston (1851-1942), class of 1876. Married January 25, 1881 to Ella May McCarter. Four children: Earl William (1883-1955), Florence May (1887-?), Arthur J. (1889-1890) and Mary Marguerite (1891-?). Died July 25, 1894 in Pendleton, Indiana.
