All non-personnel official records of the President's Office including correspondence, reports made at faculty meetings, annual reports made to the Board of Trustees and minutes of the meetings of the President's cabinet are restricted for fifty years to use by the President, President's cabinet, Members of the Board of Trustees, Full-time faculty, and Administrative department heads only. Other persons wanting access to President's papers must gain permission from the President's office. [9/10/1999]
