Biographical Sketch
Class of 1876. From 1920 Alumnal Record: "Frederick Terrell, Physician and Banker, Terrell Hills, San Antonio, Texas. A.B.; M.D., Harvard, 1881. Born, March 31, [1856], in LaFayette, Ind. Resident physician in Rhode Island Hospital, Providence, 1880-81; practicing physician and surgeon in San Antonio, Tex., 1881; member of the American Medical Association, 1885; member of the International Medical Congress, 1887; member, Harvard Medical Alumni Association, and of the Harvard Graduates' Magazine Association; president, City National Bank, San Antonio, 1909-. Mayor, San Antonio, 1903; president, San Antonio School Board, 1909-13; president San Antonio Clearing House, 1909; president, National Currency Association of San Antonio, Texas, 1915; member of San Antonio Country Club, Travis Club and San Antonio Press Club. Brother of 508 [William Terrell]. Married, September 3, 1883, Miss Marion Clement, of Boston, Mass. Father of Sarah."
