Historical Sketch
Winter Term is a short term between fall and spring semester, lasting nearly through the month of January. During this term, students can choose to take a course for partial credit, which can be either on or off campus. The program began in 1971. Students were originally required to take a Winter Term course each year, but as of 2018, the minimum required is one course on campus.
