Biographical / Historical

Reverend Charles Hutchinson was a black pastor in Indiana, a fact which incited much controversey when he was appointed as the minister for an all-white church in 1985. He also served as a United Methodist district superintendent in the state of Indiana and a member of the churhc's South Indiana Conference Cabinet.
