Historical Sketch
The Russell J. Compton Center for Peace and Justices was dedicated February 23, 2000. It stives to raise consciousness among members of the DePauw University community concerning issues of campus, local, national, and global social justice. It is named in honor of Russell J. Compton, DePauw University faculty member from 1951 to 1974.
