Biographical sketch
Robert Lawrence Gorrell was born near Woodburn, Indiana, December 2, 1903. He was married July 24, 1930 to Helen Ripley of Uhrichsville, Ohio. In 1930 he received his A.B. degree from Taylor University and in 1935 he graduated from Westminster Seminary, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The same year he entered the North Indiana Conference. The churches he served were: Modoc charge, Selma, Anderson Central, Elkhart Grace and Upland. He retired in 1959. Robert Gorrell died December 19, 1962.
