Biographical

Richard A. Warne was a member of the DePauw University class of 1954. He received his M.B.A. from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, majoring in accounting. Warne retired from Eli Lilly and Company in 1990 as vice president of accounting development and general auditor. In addition to his corporate career, Warne served on the boards of Boy Scouts of America Crossroads of America Council, YMCA, The Salvation Army, Mental Health Association, Indianapolis Day Nursery Association and Indiana Crime Prevention Coalition. He also was an executive-in-residence for The Robert C. McDermond Center for Management and Entrepreneurship at DePauw University.
