Historical Sketch
Apple Chapel was organized in 1847. The first minister, and the man given credit for its organization was Summers Faulkenberg. This was a United Brethren center for many years, but later there was a great loss through death and removal. In time quite a number of members transferred to the church in Paoli bu the the church continued until it was declared extinct in 1961.
