Collection Statement
The collection consists of two scrapbooks compiled by Harry David Maloney. One is of his time served in WW II. The other is a scrapbook of the Maloney’s trip to France in 1964.

Biographical Sketch
Harry David Maloney was born February 8, 1922 to Harry C. And Blanche (Keiser) Maloney in Peru, Indiana. He graduated from school in Peru and completed his freshman year at DePauw University. He then served in the U.S. Army during World War II. In 1946 he married Marion Louise Hoffman. After earning a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University in 1948 and a master’s degree from Indiana University, he joined the DePauw faculty as an economics professor in 1949. He earned a doctorate degree from Indiana University in 1958. He retired as a senior professor from DePauw in 1998. He died in November 2003.
