Class of 1891; From the 1920 Alumnal Record: "Joseph Edgar Neff, Banker, 202-204-206 South Michigan St., South Bend, Ind. A.B.; A.M., 1894; LL. B. Born, 1864, near Marion, Ind. Practiced law in South Bend, 1891, 1900; department manager, Citizens' Trust Co., 1900-02; secretary American Trust Co., 1903-07; secretary and treasurer Union Trust Co., 1908-; vice president Chapin State Bank and South Bend State Bank. Brother of 1127 [Isaac Elijah Neff]. Married, January 8, 1896, Miss Daisy Mikels, who died, December 2, 1899. (See 1310). Married, September 5, 1901, Miss Florence Young of Rushville, Ill., who died, March 12, 1905. (See 1311.) Father of Raymond M."
