Historical Note
Normal City United Methodist Church was founded in 1905. The church was erected from 1907-1910. The first pastor was Rev. J. Walter Gibson. In 1946, the United Brethren and the Evangelical Churches merged, forming the Evangelical United Brethern Church. In 1968, they merged with the United Methodist Church. The Church was located in Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana. Normal City disaffiliated from the United Methodist Church in 2022.
