Historical Note
Nobles Chapel is located at the I64/I69 interchange a few miles north of Evansville in southern Indiana. It sits on the Gibson County side of the Gibson and Warrick County line. Founded in 1847, it has also been known as New Jerusalem United Methodist Church and Tabor Church. The first minister was Reverend James Noble. The church disaffiliated from the United Methodist Church, closing on July 1, 2022.
