Biographical Sketch
Dr. Davis, member of the DePauw mathematics faculty since 1963, completed his Ph.D. at Cambridge University in England. He received the A.B. degree with Phi Beta Kappa honors at Denison University of Michigan. Dr. Davis was a member of the Society for Religion in Higher Education, the Cambridge Philosophical Society, and is a Danforth Fellow. Dr. Davis has pioneered in programming instruction and is the author of two books, "Analytic Geometry: A Programmed Text," and also for the college entry level, "Trigonometry: A Programmed Text."
