Biographical Sketch
Mation Dryden '24 (Marion Boyd) a member of Delta Zeta sorority, died July 22, 1976. First employed by Macy's Department Store in New York City, a later by Saks Fifth Avenue as assistant personnel director, she served from 1943 until 1946 in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring with the rank of lieutenant colonel. She subsequently was personnel director for William H. Block Company, Indianapolis, and taught school at Connersville, Greencastle and Indianapolis North Central, from which she retired in 1962. She earned a Master's degree from DePauw in 1951.
