William Elias Wright scrapbook
Collection Statement
One scrapbook in fragile condition (covers loose and pages brittle). The scrapbook containes clippings, photographs and tintypes, chromolithograph cut-outs from William Wright's student days. Also included is a list of ladies and gentlemen attending a Sigma Chi dance in 1885.

Biographical Sketch
Born June 17, 1863 in Indianapolis, Ind., William Elias Wright was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity while at DePauw. He became a bookkeeper following graduation from DePauw University in 1885 working in Montana and California. He died April 29, 1893 in Los Angeles. Calif.
