Biographical Sketch
William Melvin Bell was born November 12, 1860 in Whitley County, Indiana and died October 6, 1933 in Puente, California. He preached in the Saint Joseph Conference of the United Brethren Church and held several administrative positions be fore being elected bishop in 1905 and assigned to the Pacific District.
