Biographical Sketch
Floyd L. Cook was born February 14, 1913 in Westfield, Ind. and died June 6, 1992 in Franklin, Ind. He served the Indiana Conference of the Methodist Church and the South Indiana Conference UMC from 1933 until his retirement in 1975.
