Biographical Sketch
Samuel C. Cooper was born May 17, 1799 in Baltimore, Maryland and died July 19, 1856 in Indiana. He served the Illinois, Indiana, and North Indiana conferences of the ME Church 1828-1856. He also served as an agent for Indiana Asbury University.
