Biographical Sketch
Frederick B. Fisher was born February 14, 1882 in Greencastle, Pennsylvania and died April 5, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan. He twice served the North Indiana Conference of the ME Church 1902-1920. In 1920, he was elected Bishop to Calcutta, India, where he served until resigning from the episcopacy in 1930 and returning to the Unted States to preach.
