Biographical Sketch
Hiram M. Frakes was born March 31, 1888 in Branchville, Ind. and died December 15, 1975. A member of the Indiana Conference of the Methodist Church, he founded Henderson Settlement in Kentucky and served as its superintendent for 27 years.
