Biographical Sketch
Lucille Rains Residence is an outgrowth of Esther Hall, begun in 1938 by the Deaconess Board of the Indiana Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. Located at 947 North Pennsylvania Street in Indianapolis, it officially opened on May 2, 1970.
