Biographical Sketch
Elmer Clinton McKinney was born August 1, 1885 in Elizabeth, Indiana and died June 2, 1967 in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He served the Indiana Conference of the Methodist and Methodist Episcopal Church from 1923 until his retirement in 1956.
