Biographical Sketch
Isaac Owen was born March 8, 1809 in Milton, Vermont and died February 9, 1867 in San Francisco, California. He served the Indiana Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church from 1835 until 1849 when he transferred to the California Conference.
