Biographical Sketch
Phillips Brooks Smith was born April 2, 1920 in Anderson, Indiana and died September 2, 1989 in Orlando, Florida. He gave 43 years of active service to the Methodist and the United Methodist Church in Illinois and Indiana before retiring in 1985.
