Biographical Sketch
Frank Morrison Templin was born July 30, 1903 in Colby, Kansas and died August 11, 1986 in Franklin, Indiana. He served the Kansas, Northwest Indiana, and Indiana conferences of the Methodist Episcopal and Methodist Church from 1930 until his retirement in 1969.
