Biographical Sketch
John Fletcher Willey was born June 15, 1809 at Cincinnati, Ohio and died in 1889 in Clark County, Indiana. A member of the Indiana Militia and a colonel in the Civil War, he was a local preacher for the Southeast Indiana and Indiana conferences of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
