Roy O. West Library Dedication photographs
Collection consists of photographs and negatives taken at the time of the dedication of the library. Photographs are of various sites in the library and of staff members on October 14-15, 1988. The negatives are in separate folders. Each photograph is in a separate envelope and staff members are identified on the outside of the envelopes.

This collection consists of most of the paperwork connected with the renovation of Roy O. West Library. It includes surveys, suggestions for improvements, minutes of the library renovation committee, drawings, and related correspondence. The folders retain the titles assigned by the library director's office. They are arranged alphabetically by subject in two document cases.
